Idaho Family Planning

Information

This purpose of the IFPP is to support family planning clinics to provide a safety net of affordable, high-quality healthcare services for Idahoans who are uninsured or underinsured. Preventative services include: pregnancy testing, birth control options and education, sexually transmitted disease education, testing and treatment, wellness exams, breast and cervical cancer screenings, immunizations, and referrals to specialists and community resources. Based on federal statute, none of the funds appropriated under Family Planning shall be used in programs where abortion is a method of family planning.
