The Idaho Physical Activity and Nutrition (IPAN) program oversees Idaho's senior fall prevention exercise program, Fit and Fall Proof™ (FFP). The program aims to reduce fall-related deaths and injuries by improving modifiable risk factors for falls such as increasing strength, balance, and endurance.
