Rural Health Workforce and Access (RHWA)

Information

The purpose of RHWA is to improve the recruitment and retention of healthcare professionals in rural and underserved communities in Idaho. This is accomplished through conversations with stakeholders and rural health partners to understand recruitment and retention barriers and share information on what recruitment and retention resources are currently available to healthcare facilities.
