The State Unintentional Overdose Reporting System (SUDORS) collects data on uninentional and undetremined intent drug overdose deaths from death certificates, coroner rpeorts, and toxicology reports. The resulting data present conprehensive information on the characteristics and circumstances surrounding drug overdose deaths to inform prevention and response.
